I would run the 2 XR3o, in conjunctions with the 2 160s for supplement - 160 - XR30 |brace| XR30 - 160 - you can also even angle the third to avoid the brace. that would be a good amount light for your tank, even with SPS mid to high. the hybrid would be a good idea too but i'd use what you have.
