Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Hey thanks Kevin. One BTA survived, so I'm sure I'll have many soon...and half my tank is now mushrooms thanks to one i picked up a year or so ago...haha...I'm good there. Appreciate you reaching out!
Hey folks, had a crash and looking to establish a few sps and a few new flavors of zoa. Not looking for anything fancy just some things that like to grow. Preferably close to south Brunswick nj.
Thanks!
Sorry to hear that Dell! Just had a like experience in my tank. I'm not sure if a BTA went nuclear or something, but lost all but one of my SPS, and hopefully that one last one makes it...Same weird cloudiness for no good reason.
Hey all. Had a tank crash and lost all my sps…anyway xr30 on a 11 gallon tank is a little overkill. Looking to move to a 16hd but don’t necessarily want to pay $300 to do it.
Anyone seen any floating around?
Thanks!
This damned bubbletip keeps splitting and splitting, and two of the splits recently moved off of the rocks onto the glass...and I am either going to give them away or throw them away.
Anyway want them? Kendall Park, NJ
Been awhile...definitely had some trials, but honestly, I change water every 3-4 months and don't do anything but feed occasionally. Flatworms almost go away when I use exit, but then come back, so I use it every water change. Something brought in bubble algae, and that stuff is annoying.
My fire shrimp has been hearty as can be. When my heater got unplugged and i had mass dying in my tank, that guy kept on ticking. He's been in there for at least 1.5 years.
This is an 8 inch tall 18x18 acrylic frag tank. Probably designed for shows and what not. I bought it, intending to be a farmer...and learned I'm not a farmer. My loss is your gain! Shoot me a question, make me an offer!
Height = 8 inch
Width = 18 inch
length = 18 inch
Single OverFlow...
Welp...my kitten, who loves looking in my open tank, at some point unplugged the heater...I would guess it was off for a good week or so. Tank temp would fluctuate with the room, but between 64-68 most of the time. Yikes.
But I guess it 'separated the men from the boys', so to speak...
