    this happened to me before when my smart ato went nuts and dumped 5gal into my DT. i just topped my tank off with saltwater by hand. I may have gotten lucky but it did work for me without any issues

    You can also try to move em to let's say a corner of the tank some place away from from direct light....again it could still be adjusting cuz overall it looks ok to me

    In the pic, the colony looks fine to me, for the most part. Maybe sand got in or a fish swam by.

    With all the media, WC's, ATS and the fuge. Are your tanks N's n P's at 0? Are you using home made food to feed the fish as that could be the cause of your algae....

    How high up do you have the zoas in the tank? They could be getting blasted by light.
