If your gonna stay all day I would get one of those little styrofoam coolers and a heat pack. Load it up with all the corals you get and just leave it in the car. A single heat pack will keep them good for atleast 24 hours.

Ok do you have a laptop? If so disconnect the network cable going to the wireless bridge and connect it to the network port on the laptop. Then open up the local web page for your apex. You can make all the changes there. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

Something else sounds off as you don't need internet access to be able to access the Apex controller local website. Sounds like the unit may have locked up (or worse case fried due to a quick power surge from the black out). I would pull the main power cord for all the EB8's for 2-3 minutes...
