    i bought a frag pack from someone and it was sent overnight guarantee by 1030am. i emailed the seller at 1100 and wanted a tracking number. 2pm he sent me a tracking number. well the package was delivered at 915 am but returned to fed-ex. It was sent to the wrong address seller put a 3 instead...
