greg for some reason I didn't even see the bass charters when I was looking. I must not have looked in the right spot. I was trying to find a charter for about 10 people, and most of the "private" charters were 6 people so we were thinking just going on a party boat. Plus with this late notice...
looking for next Friday. I think drunk will work, I know how those party boats can get you. It sounds like I'm missing a good story from merv...care to share?
30+lbs sounds like a blast. I wanted to go do some offshore fishing but we have a group of around 10.
Alright, I've asked this before, but I'll ask again.
I'm getting married towards the end of may. I'm on a tight time frame, but I think me and a few of my friends are going to go do some night fishing (bluefish I'm thinking) a couple of days before. Beer, friends, and fishing what more is there...
Now how was I supposed to know that?
Thanks for the advice Whitebird, I just wasn't sure how far in advance you need to book with some of these guys.
What's normally running around that time in NJ?
I'll be in NJ somewhere around April or early May, and I'm looking for a good fishing charter boat that would be able to accommodate 6-12 people. I'm thinking of heading out of either Cape May, brielle or somewhere around there. Any suggestions?
thanks.
It should be okay just keep an eye on it, but keep an eye on it. If your coral likes where it is, the tissue may grow back over where it died off. If your die off starts spreading more, frag it (like calaxa said).
I said that I saw this somewhere, I had no idea if it really worked. Did you press down hard on it Oliver, or did you just gently rub the ice on it?
Bogliman, did it work?
CC will do it, but you need to buy a few of them. Go through a routine of cutting legs off. like 1 leg off of A, then next time 1 off B, then 1 off C, go back to A. I've heard of this successfully working for others.
either way good luck.
Do you still have this coral? If so,
I'm not sure about candy canes (since I don't have much luck with them in my tank 2 heads for 3 months w/no sign of growth), but some LPS will do better under low light conditions after they've been stressed out. They do not deal well with high flow, and its...
Think about buying a few choc. starfish and just cut off a leg and feed it to the tank. Rotate between the starfish. They should be able to regenerate their legs if you keep a good rotation.
Hope they work out for you.
I've heard of people doing a large (at least 50%) water change and its induced a split. They feed the anenome very heavily for a couple weeks before hand though.
