I mainly go to the Petco in Somerville. Usually gets a good selection on fish, ask for Pete (Marine Biologist) or Chrissy they will never stear you wrong.
I have been using a REEFOCTOPUS reactor with Vertex biopellets. I have used the NPX with a little success. The Vertex seem to be doing the job.
One thing I have noticed it does not totally eliminate the nitrates but it gets very low. I have just re-added about 500ml of pellets so it takes a...

The only issues you will have are the following.
1.) The wave length of the light will not be suitable for growing coral.
2.) It may possibly cause algea to grow quicker than normal due to the strong intensity of LED's.
Also keep in mind LED's your looking at will shine more like a light bulb...
1. Temp acclimate only
2. Only check salinity on newly made water
3. Never test any parameters
4. Don't quarantine
5. Change water every 6 weeks no matter what.
