Well first thing, your tank looks great, aside from the cyano.
i would definately get more water flow hitting the sand bed. also, i would seriously think about getting some sandsifting snails, sand sifting star, or even a orange back goby, to turn up your sand bed.
You should get that little prick out. i would get a clear container and try to feed and fish him out.
i use to have one and i got rid of it about two days later. he killed 1 maroon clown, a watchman goby and 2 bartlett anthias. IN ONE DAY !!!!!!!

any picks? hard to tell, what type of tank? How long has the tank been running? whats in it? i doubt your critters are going to resolve the issue. my need a sea hare! depending on what it is!!!
