So I just moved this leather from my nano to my new tank and I've noticed this white stuff has appeared. Anything to worry about? Also my water param test this morning. Ph stays close to 8.2

As you can see from my apex pic my heater is set for 77.5 to 78.0. Is this okay? Or should I set it 77.9-78.0? I don't know if its bad for the heater to kick on and off that frequently. Thanks.

I'm going to add fish first to my tank, then try some inexpensive corals down the road. And if the corals are eaten then ill stick with a fish only system. So as far as the last fish to be added, would you say a dwarf angel should be last or the Sharpnose puffer? I'm leaning towards the flame...
