I've found going with lightly used gen 4 or now gen 5 ecotech radions to be a good value. Plenty of life left and good par and spectrum.

I've been to it twice. Good vendor selection. The complimentary raffle and free frag is nice. It's nowhere near the size of reefapolooza but it's also nowhere near the cost of entry or average frag price IMO.

Someone told me awhile ago Hidden Reef would order Salt by the tractor trailer load and basically sell it at cost.

It's a shame to see that happen to them. They have the space for sure to really have something special. I find their Salt prices particularly Instant ocean cannot be beat. I try to stock up on a few boxes whenever I'm in the area.
