Dont know much about these but was doing a little research for a buddy of mine setting up a salt tank. I told him i see a lot of people using ASM, MRC and Octopus skimmers, his LFS gave him a good deal on a DAS 1 protein skimmer and said it was just as comparable to ASM etc... What is your input on them if you have any

i got a DAS for a freind. they are nice skimmers cheaper than the deltecs. who is selling them local? is it trop?
they are more like deltec than ASM. outside the sump with 2 or 3 needle wheels re curculting

looks like trop is carrying Das skimmers. I saw them today i'm not 100 % sure

I am very interested to hear from anyone who uses a DAS or ETSS skimmer.
I'm considering the DAS EX-2 or ETSS Reef Devil as an upgrade for my 125 gal.

I have a ETSS Reef Devil and i wasn't a fan.
