i went looking for 4 new PC bulbs knowing that i eventually wanted to pony up and get a MH fixture for my 55g. this is what i found.

i know what they say, if it looks too good to be true then it probably is... but this is almost too good to pass up! or is it.
help me break it down. for the price of about 10 PC bulbs is this worth the gamble?
i have asked the seller questions about the manufacturer of the reflector and type of MH ballast. also, i was looking around the intertubes and couldn't find too many reviews on this guy.
