Ballast/Power Box?

Hey guys I just recently picked up a 24 gallon nano cube DX and have it cycling. The big black power box that hooks up to the lights...where do I put it, I noticed there are 4 suction cups that are unused, do those somehow mount onto the back of the tank. Please let me know what you guys have done with that box. thanks in advance.

no, the suction cups are for the bottom of your water pump in your 3rd chamber. just put the ballast on the floor or you can run the lines into your cabinet and mount it in there.
p.s dont use the bio balls and stuff in your filter, and get a better water pump. . .just my 10 cents
