Berlin X2 skimmer problem

i cant get it to work anyone else have expierence with this skimmer i adjusted the flow millions of times theres bubbles in the chamber the waters flowing threw it its just not skimming :'(

its actually a berlin xl if anyone can help please im spending like 3 hours a night messing with this thing its sooo fustrating ...last night i turned off the return and started running it with the air flow fully opened and it started to collect a little bit...once i turned on the return it just stopped

I had similar problems with my Berlin, different model. Clean out the air in-take hose as it accumulates with salt and restricts air flow. I used a toothpick or small nail to get the dried salt out.
