what are your experiences with this? I was cycling my tank with live rock a few months ago and I added a bottle of this for fun and it cycled my tank in two days. I have also used the freshwater version when they used to refridgerate and it did the same thing. A lot of people knock it but I think it really works.

I used it when I moved my tank. My experience with it was good. I hardly got a cycle at all. There is also a cheaper product that works just as well. But I can't remember the name. It is $7 a bottle. I will post the name when I can remember it.
