bright lighting for 2.5 gal

hey i need help on finding what kind of lighting and how many watts i need to light a 2.5 gal with acro in it?

p.s
is the "sunpod mh " 150watts good enough to light a 15 gal with sps and lps corals?

I ran a 2.5 gal for a couple of years, using a 150w HID. Great choice of lighting, it was fully stocked with SPS, softies and LPS. That was a few years ago when HQI (DE) lamps weren't available yet so i was using an Iwasaki 150w 6500K. I don't see how you can go worng with the Sunpod.
