Do amphipods / copipods molt?

A couple times a week, I see an amphipod/copipod floating around in my tank that's almost transparent. I'm not sure if they are just dead pods or the exoskelton of a molted pod. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Yes they do molt.

Once in awhile I see a HUGE pod floating around that I figured died.
