The controller interface allows you to plug the pump in a controller's outlet and turn on and off the dosing pump without it losing it's memory. It his an add on that makes this very useful with a controller. It can be use as a one channel or two channel dosing pump. It is very quiet. When used as a two channel doser you get the same amount from each line.
