I was told its a black n white tang. But can't find anything on-line and that's all the info I have.
In a very blurry pic I have the tail fin is white and body is dark except for some gold stripes on bottom in 2nd pic.
I am thinking of buying it as i was told its rare...LOL. Not sure its worth the $$$.

Black and White tang is not rare at all and this does not look like one. The black and white tang is often called half black tang.

However, the pic looks to be Atlantic Blue tang.

Thanks for the info. Since the cost is double of a Atlantic Blue tang I will pass on this fish.

You say the tail is whitish......Now is this one of Sunny's contests......Even though I don't see it in the picture, I'll say a black spot tang.

OK Sunny, what do I win?

LOL. I should win something on this one since I don't see either black nor white on this tang...

Pic 1 with the enlongated body looks similar to a thompsons tang,
pic 2 looks like an entirely different fish with the angle of the pic

Theyre a great smaller tang,
the one in the pic doesnt look like a hawaiian specimen which is a much more vivid blue almost like
the blue in a coral beauty and alot hardier than the ones from cebu.
