Flower anemone

I bought a small flower anemone on Saturday, about 2" diameter. It hasn't attached it self to any rock or sand. It does open up when placed upright. Because it's not attached to anything I keep finding it upside and have to right it. I placed rubble rock around it but no good. Any suggestions?
