I know alot of people cut the rock up but what if you have them on an undestructable rock can you cut them up like gsp thanks for any advice John

my friend peeled some off and it went fine. . . can get kinda hairy though, gotta be careful. he peeled singles up with the dull edge of a scalpel

You can pull the rock out and chip those pieces of rock off which contain the zoas and glue them to a reef disk let them spread out then frag the disk into quaters and glue them onto more disks. Now you have tons of zoas on multiple disks tha tyou can trade for future zoas or club meetings.

Which ever method you use be sure to take in account that if the toxins get into your eyes they can do some damage.
