I recently placed an order for 25 lbs of Marco rock to supplement what nice live rock I was able to find . There was some confusion and I was sent nano rock . The nano rock was very nice but besides not being what I ordered would not work with my aqua scape plans . I sent Marc an email with my concerns and had a response the same day . His response was " sorry this happened a new order will be sent out on the next business day " It would be hard to find better customer care/service anywhere.

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
