so I picked mine up yesterday and this thing moves some water was just wondering what mode everyone has there's set on?

90G here with a gyre 130.
I've got mine set on interval mode - 30 secs on, 30 secs off, 30 secs on, etc.
On the opposing side of the tank I have an MP10 on alternating reef mode.
Works fantastic, lot of low, great coral motion.
