icecap from frag swap died already?

hey guys. one of the icecap bulbs i purchased at the swap seems to have died. a little over 2 months seems way to early. is there any warranty or something similar? any info appreciated.

that would be a question for Ice Cap.
maybe post the question in their forum or give them a call tomorrow. I"m sure they'll make it right.
