Well here we go with the b/s i just purchased this product no more than two months ago and yes it died out already. Need to get in contact with JBJ to see what run around they give me because i failed to notice the warranty card in the back of the manuel which i was suppose to fill out and return within 14 days. Has anyone had problems with there unit i tested it and i have 115v coming in and coming out but none of the led come on. :'(

Can't comment on their warrant/repair, but I have 2 of them, and both have been running for over 3 years without a hick-up.

Go figure just my luck i read somewhere mariane depot to be exact on reviews of a guy having 7 replaced in the matter of three months. Going to contact them when they open and hopefully they can help me out if not that will be the last thing i ever get from them. Usually the things i buy break the day after the warranty has expired, in this case it didn't break within the time given just didn't fill out the warranty card.

I have one and its one of the best things I ever did. also from home depot and they were helpful with setting it up I'm sure they have a record of when you purchased it and most likely will replace it.
