Long worm

Tonight I spotted a fairly long work (2 inches or so reaching out from under a rock, no idea of the full length). Under red light it kept reaching out, as soon as I shined a white flashlight it withdrew quickly. Here’s a picture under red and a picture with my white flash, which caused it to withdrew a good deal prior to the picture completing. I’m thinking it’s a bristle worm, maybe a fireworm....thoughts?

Here’s some more pics. I’ve spotted three of them peeking out from under my main rock work. So far as natural predators go I have a yellow coris wrasse, but since that burrows at night I’m guessing these guys are safe from him if they’re nocturnal?
