MODS Cant post in the for sale thread

I never had a problem before doing so. I just went to throw up a couple of things Im looking to get rid of and for some reason theres no new thread button. Why is this ?

We've recently changed the posting priviledges such that any forum participants who don't have at least 25 posts can't post new threads in the FS/FT forum, but shouldn't pertain to you based on your post count. I'll have to look at it and see what I can find.
