my tank overheated pls help!!!

I went away this wknd and my tank was 90+ degrees!!!! i lost all my sps and lps but my zoas seem to be still hanging on... but they have this white/clear film over them... I was wondering should i dip them or just let them be... Ive spent alot of money on zoas so i really want to save them, none are open but the polyps are still there... what should i do, the temp is back to normal but i dont want to just watch them die please help!!!

Not one to know from experience. I would rely on water changes as you may get a cycle with a microbe die off due to temp increase and if you dip you may put them over the edge. Water changes, water changes, see how they recover. What kind of heater do you have, may be time to invest in a upgrade.

IME, Zs and Ps handle temp swings and extreme temps better than most corals but ive never seen some bounce back from high 80's or low 90's. Lets hope your thermometer is off a bit!

I would dip the zoas/palys you can, that white fuzz unfortunately sounds like fungus. Are the polyps underneath the fuzz looking normal, or are they turning brown/grey? Manually remove what you can, dip and hope for the best.

Water changes are crucial right now. Not big ones, but frequent small changes of parameter matched water would be ideal. One a day, around 10-20% for a week to act as a buffer.
