Need 3 holes drilled

I need two holes drilled for to fit 3/4" bulkheads and one hole in the center to fit a 1" bulkhead. This is going to be drilled on a 1/4" back pane before i put the tank together. So if someone (a pro at this) is kind enough and lives close to union, nj 07083 I would like these cut. Its probably really easy considering the tank isnt put together yet. Thanks and I really appreciate the help.
