Need help, buying a pico!

Hey everyone, I am looking to get a jbj 3 gal picotope..before I buy it, hopefully you guys can answer some questions..

1. What are some modifications that should be done to the tank? (lighting, filter)
--when it comes to lighting, i plan on keeping mostly zoa frags in the tank..
2. In terms of livestock, what can be kept in a pico? I know its only 3 gallons, but what fish/inverts would you guys recommend?
3. can an angler survive in a pico? i saw someone on another forum, i was wondering if it was a bright thing to do...
4. when it comes to coral, what can be kept in this massive tank given light modifications?

Thank you for your help!

As far as fish, I would say small gobies would be about as big as you should go.

Lighting is mostly dependant on what you want to keep, for zoas a an 18w pc should be perfect. I have seen stock to MH's on these.

Adding an aquaclear 70 and doing a fuge mod on it will increase water volume and filtration plus add needed flow. This thread has alot of info from basic stuff to modding the ac70http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=180570&st=0
