I just wanted to tell everyone of the excellent service and live rock that I got today. Here is the email I sent showing my appreciation for their wonderful service.

I would like to thank you very much for the live rock that you shipped me. Your customer service is second to none. Your packaging, product, and constant updates go far above what is considered normal in this day and age. Do us all a favor and don't ever change. Today I was so busy with work that I could not take your phone call, but would like to tell you that your message of the products arrival was a welcome respite for a weary sales representative. My wife took the package in to keep warm and we put our first nano reef tank together tonight. Again thank you for a wonderful experience.
