prices of LR

I was thinking about going somewhere new and everything around my area for some LR are 9+$/per pound and see a tremendous difference in prices listed in threads from more southern locations.

so since i want some LR not willing to spend 50 dollars for 5lbs of LR i want to see if this place (next closest) for some LR.
