Well I got a shipment from Big Als and as I unpackaged my 50/50 Coralife bulb, I dropped it and it broke. I called them and told them what happened. I asked if they could discount the shipping of a new one, and they did better than that, no charge to shi me a new one . I'm happy with that !!

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
