what do you use for a quarantine tank? I want to set one up since I'm guilty of not using one (so kill me! heh) and would like to start cleaning up my act.

I see some people recommend a sponge filter. and keep it in the sump.. but I dont have a sump and theres enough filters in my tanks display as it is.. i do have a hang on refugium though.. what would you recommend?

I have a 15 and 20 gallon I could use and an appropriate heater, so I just need the filter.

I just use a new sponge on a bubbler filter and take water from the main tank,this is a good excuse for a water change.I have had no problems holding fish this way for 3-4 weeks.
