Ricordea question

my Ricordea
has some slime on it what does that mean it moved a little when I touch it so it is still alive please help

any pics ? it could be numerous things , is it close to any other corals ?

its dead mouth is completly gone there is a little piece of the foot with a tiny piece of the shroom part let will it grow back thanks John

If there is anything left of it I would try moving it , there is a good chance it may come back. Can you post some water parameters see where your test levels are and in the meantime I would do a small water change and run some carbon.
