Saltwater mixing station build

Starting building my mixing station. This is directly below my tank in the family room. I plan to build a shelf on top of the mixing station and move the sump to the basement.

At least if the sump is in the basement i wont wake up to accidents like this at 5am when the filter sock chamber overflow protection got blocked and pumped the water over the top. At least it was only about 5 gallons or so.
