I finally decided to place an order with them and fairly big order (enough to get the free boxing and shipping). Asked to hold order for a few days. No problem. Even added an item right before it shipped.
Unfortunately, X-mas rush so fedex delivered items 6 hours after expected time. Not good especially since I took day off to get the order. I knew I should've specified pickup from local office. The day was especially cold and I was quite worried about the livestock. One guy did not make it and arrived DOA. I took a picture and sent it in. Got immediate credit. All other livestock responded perfectly. Everything was labelled very nicely and was packed immaculately. Heat packs, insulation, etc. All corals extended polyps immediately except one ORA frag. I wrote about it in another thread but I guess there was slight damage to it during handling. This was the only livestock with a problem aside from the DOA. The coral started banding. Gave it a few more days. After one week I called customer service and left a message. They called me back within 10 mins and I explained that the livestock was not quite dead but was dying. They said, don't worry about it. We will credit you.
So, in summary, order of about $380. One DOA (immediate refund of $10). One frag, dying (credit to account $35). Everything else perfect (though single stalk frags are indeed very small) and still guaranteed to survive for 15 days. Very competitive in price and customer service was fantastic.
