spider webb- like substance and feather duster worm tubes

Guys, over the past two weeks, I noticed some webb-like stuff that seem to be coming from feather duster tubes on my live rock. Any idea what this is??

Hey....I had some of those in my last tank... They make a spiral shaped shell over time and they are pretty cool to watch. They will let out this web and then pull it back in with detritus stuck to it which I assume they eat. I was told the latin name once and I have forgot what it was now. Thanks for the memory though. I had totally forgot about them till I saw your thread.
