Hi all. I'm growing out SPS in a 55 with (2) 150 watt 14K MH and 2 65 watt Actinic PCs. I have an Ice Cap Ballast and I just bought 6 Super Actinic bulbs and 6 10K's @ $11 each. Would you rather have 440 watts of VHO over the 55 or the current set-up. Which do you think would promote the fastest growth?
