I have a pretty large area in my sump with lots of live rock rubble. I was going to add some cheato and setup reverse lighting in it.

Anyone have suggestions on best way.

Someone on RC mentioned they make a PC type bulb that looks like a flood light that is 6700K, but I haven't seen it.

Back by the motion sensor lights in HD. It a Lights of America brand. It will say 500W equivalent for 65W or something like that.

I've been using a NO Bulb from Home Depot called Natural Sunshine. Works great, and no heat.

compact fluorescents, just get the daylight rated ones (they're at 6500K) and easily found at HD or Lowes and you can get them equivalent to i think 90 watt and 75 watt.

I use 2 15" NO Fluorecsents w/ 5500 bulbs I found at Lowes over my 10 gallon Fuge and can grow Cheato very fast. Totol cost was about $35. Yrs. ago I tried those Lights of America CF's on a 150 FW setup and found them to fail on a regular basis. After replacing 4 of them I gave up on them.
