Hello all. A fellow reefer upgraded from a bow 46 to a 75 recently.
Had just updated to AI lights before the transfer.
He has them set pretty low so don't thinks it's too much light.
His All is 7.8, which about what his old tank was.
He mixed up the new water with instant ocean, but was using red sea.
He also added some recently aquired dry rock(that he cycles for a.week or so with turbo 3000). Says ammonia spiked and dropped. Never used so I sure how quick it works.
Anyway. He transferred everything, added the original rock, the new recently quick cured rock as well as some new live sand.
His other parameters are "good". You know....good...lol
Anyway. Told him I would post and tag him. So he can check responses/suggestions.
