I can't say it will work for sure, but I did go ahead get a powerhead. I also did a water change and didn't realize how dirty my sponge was. I turned off my UV sterilizer and shut the valve, once I did that my water flow through the returns increased dramatically. Anyhow I wanted to thank you all for helping a complete novice like myself. Here is my current water flow.....Now all I need to do is get rid of my cyano...
