thinking of starting a frag tank

i am considering starting a 10 gallon frag tank. here's the plan so far: a mag3 with 4 outlets, 130 watts of pc, heater, penguin bio wheel 150 (rated for tanks up to 30 gallons), bare bottom, no fish, a small clean up crew, and some rubble lr. i plan on having the eggcrate going from the bottom front diagnaly to the top back with something like 3 shelves attached to the diagnal eggcrate and cover the sides with some eggcrate also. i was planning on mostly sps and a few softies. how does this sound?
