Trouble with anemone

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone had a sure fire way to remove an anemone. My rock flower anemone has outgrown my tank and im having the toughest time ever removing him. Ive tried rubbing at his foot and aiming a powerhead directly at him and nothing. Looking for any suggestions.

If you can left the rock with the Nem try rubbing the foot with ice. If not blast the foot with ice cold water.

I tried that as well but he wouldnt budge

I have used a turkey baster and it took some work but they let go.

I got him ;D i was able to pull the rock he was attached to out of the tank without compromising my aquascape(whew) and once out of the water he came right off : Took a day or so to figure it out but it was definitely worth the effort.
