Water Params' out of whack!

To start- 3 week battle with flu= tank neglect, forgive me. Suspended normal vinegar/kalk drip for evap. makeup. Just topped up with ro/di. Could not stay upright for more than 3 minutes.
As of 1-6
Alk 5.6
Cal 350
Mag 800
PH 8.0
Phos 0.38= crap
NO3 <4 ppm
Nitrite 0
Amonia 0
SG 1.025
Did a 60 gal water chg.-- 250 gal total vol of sys, use Tropic Marin Pro

As of 1-10
Alk 9.8= again crap
Cal 350!!
Mag 1200
PH 8.15
PO3 0.18
NO3 0.25
Test kits- Red Sea Titration- 3 months old

Restarted vin/kalk drip at a rate of 5ml per 5 gal of ro/di, 1.5 tsp per gal kalk. Tds zero on all fronts, new membrane, new carts. 5 stage Spectra pure 90 gpd
Cannot get my cal up, have I missed something? Never had this problem before.

Your magnesium is low. If I am correct 1300 would be a better number. Low magnesium can make it difficult to maintain Ca and/or alk.

Personally I would suspend Kalk until you bring the Alk/cal/mag to where you want it. Then start the kalk again to keep it there. I target a mag of 1350 and have no difficulty keeping my Alk and cal in line.

Thanks for the help. Test results as of today:
Alk 8.1
Cal 450
Mag 1360
Iodine is a little low at .045
Strontium a little low as well at 7.1
PO3 is coming down at .16
NO3 still up at 4ppm
Doing another 60 gal chg this weekend
My amounts for Vineger dosing was way off, it's 5ml per liter, so that equates to 100 ml per 5 gal. Give me fractions, those I can do
