While out at the adventure aquarium today helping them with World Oceans Day my clownfish spent it laying their first clutch of eggs. Officially making them a breeding pair. Yes that a huge peice of bubble algea which they will not let me touch or move the rock.

Sadly thou they ate the clutch about two hours after being laid. Good start thou check out the color.

Thats bubble algae that the eggs are on,

They are amphirion Akinyndos, ive had them for almost three and a half years.

It took them 3.5 years to cosumate their marriage? That is ground for divorce in most states.

I originally got a pair from Aquatic Obessions about three years ago. I did a tank move and lost the male to sulfur release.

I purchased a small male from Blue Zoo Aquatics about a year and a half ago and this is their first batch. Im pretty happy.
