WTB new 150 DE halides what should i get want something in the 14k range.Thats what i'm using now. Dont want to spend lots of money maybe around 70 a bulb let me know what you think would be a good brand.

While I haven't used them myself, I've heard very good things about the Phoenix 14k bulbs. IIRC they run around $60.

I like my Phoenix bulb. If I don't switch over to T5 though, my next bulb will be a 20K radium.
