I was there helping out Eric towards the end. Picked up a nice clam, yellow tang and a rock anemone that of course went right to the back.

FI never had an issue on carpet floor; just level it well. Don't spill large amounts of water on the carpet.....LOL

F30 is fine. We had a 36 g bow front when I first started on thick carpet.
