Anyone in North NJ growing their own pods cultures?

Reason I ask is...I feel that is the next stage in my self culturing progression.

I have had success with the Phytoplankton Nannochloropsis oculata cultures.

If anyone local to the Dumont 07628 area would like to trade some pods or even corals for either 16 ounce, 2 liter, or even gallons of the phytoplankton, let me know. I have been seeing good results this far dosing a cup(8oz) of phyto daily. Would also sell cheap if you have no pods or corals to trade.

For Club members 2x 16oz, for $10. 2 Liter for $15, Gallon for $20.
Ask Stump n Fishy, cultures are a nice rich dark green dense quality.

You have an established reef, do you really need to?
Dose the phyto?
Or grow pods to add?

My nitrates are always 0. Even with heavier feeding and no skimmer on.
If I feed too much or use reed roids my phosphates skyrocket along with the nitrates.
So I found myself adding a few capfuls of NeoNitro to try and artificially raise my nitrates without jacking up the Phosphates.

Dosing the 8oz of phyto a day seems to have at least gotten things off zero.
Will need a little longer data run to know for sure if helping.

As far as pods. Would be nice to increase as free fish food.

I dose phyto as well about 100ml a day in a 140g volume system, and see nitrate and phosphates keep in the low spectrum, and all kind of pods in my sump and display tank, for my own experience and for what I read they are beneficial to the microfauna of the tank, just my .02 cents

Yes the pods is what I meant. I get the food argument, they just seem to be abundant in an established reef.
