Magnets replacement

I was cleaning my gyre yesterday and noticed this, the magnet was popping up. I wonder how long this was happening before I noticed lol
Have have fun of you replace this magnet and what other magnet did you use?

Usually happens to me when equipment stays dry for a while. I had multiple pumps do this when I kept them dry, so now even if I am not using a pump, I keep it in a bucket with water. Also if you ever cleaned it with bleach, it likely penetrated the plastic, created micro-holes, and then rust pushed it out.

I see!! I used it last time in December and this week I was cleaning it out with citrus powder!!
I have multiple mp10/40 that I’ll have them in water now that I know is best
